Everyone is invited to attend Toastmasters Leadership Institute hosted anywhere in the District. There are sessions that cover club officer roles, leadership, and other topics that benefit everyone. While everyone is invited, it’s critical that club officers attend. Not only are trained officers better prepared to lead their club to success, it also statisfies a goal on the Distingished Club Plan (DCP). There is a Summer TLI at the beginning of the Toastmasters year during the months of June, July, and August. There is a second TLI in the Winter during the months of December, January, and February. To get credit towards the club DCP, club officers (minimum of 4 at each) must attend both Summer and Winter.
